Services

This is a solo practice offering in person psychiatry services in Houston, which means you’ll be in direct contact with me—there’s no office staff or third-party systems handling scheduling or communication. I manage all aspects of the practice myself to keep things personal and straightforward.

I am an out-of-network provider and operate on a fee-for-service model, allowing us to tailor your care with greater flexibility and individualized attention.

My areas of treatment include Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Alcohol Use Disorder, Anxiety, Burnout and Work Stress, Depressive Disorders, Insomnia, Life Transitions, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Relationship Issues, Trauma/PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, Personality Disorders, and Vicarious Trauma.

Medication Management

The goal of psychiatric medication management is to reduce symptoms and improve how you function daily. I work closely with you to evaluate whether medication is appropriate, and if so, to find the right type and dosage. Ongoing check-ins will help us track effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy or talk therapy will help with long-term improvements. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on creating a supportive space to explore challenges at your own pace. We will work together to identify goals, process difficult experiences, and strengthen coping strategies.

Virtual Care

While I prefer in-person visits, I also recognize the importance of accessibility and consistency—especially for those with demanding schedules. The appropriateness of virtual care is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on your needs and clinical circumstances.

Payment and Insurance

I do not accept commercial insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is collected at the time of each appointment, and I’m happy to provide a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

To check your coverage, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether you have out-of-network behavioral health coverage.
