About me
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who works with adults. I completed my general adult psychiatry training followed by a fellowship in forensic psychiatry, which deepened my understanding of how individual mental health is shaped by professional roles, systems, and high-stakes environments.
My approach combines evidence-based medication management with a reflective, insight-oriented style of therapy. I work with individuals who are navigating emotional challenges that don’t always fit into checklists or surface-level solutions. If you're looking for psychiatric care beyond checklists and quick fixes, you’re in the right place.
I am an active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law.
My approach
My approach is collaborative and thoughtful, combining evidence-based medication management with therapy that pays close attention to your individual experiences. I focus on understanding the full context of what you’re going through—not just symptoms, but patterns, pressures, and the environments that shape them.
