Services
This is a solo practice, which means you’ll be in direct contact with me—there’s no office staff or third-party systems handling scheduling or communication. I manage all aspects of the practice myself to keep things personal and straightforward.
I am an out-of-network provider and operate on a fee-for-service model, allowing us to tailor your care with greater flexibility and individualized attention.
My treatment specialties are in ADHD, Alcohol Use Disorder, Anxiety, Burnout and Work Stress, Depression, Insomnia, Life Transitions, OCD, Relationship Issues, and Trauma/PTSD.
Medication Management
The goal of psychiatric medication management is to reduce symptoms and improve how you function daily. I work closely with you to evaluate whether medication is appropriate, and if so, to find the right type and dosage. Ongoing check-ins will help us track effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy or talk therapy will help with long-term improvements. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on creating a supportive space to explore challenges at your own pace. We will work together to identify goals, process difficult experiences, and strengthen coping strategies.
Virtual Care
While I prefer in-person visits, I also recognize the importance of accessibility and consistency—especially for those with demanding schedules. The appropriateness of virtual care is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on your needs and clinical circumstances.

Payment and Insurance
I do not accept commercial insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is collected at the time of each appointment, and I’m happy to provide a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
To check your coverage, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask whether you have out-of-network behavioral health coverage.
