I aim to be transparent about what to expect, but I also recognize that things can shift over time. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others prefer a longer therapeutic relationship.   • Yes. My preference is to see patients in-person, but I understand it can be difficult to find time outside of your work and home schedules to for doctor appointments. The appropriateness of virtual care is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on your needs and clinical circumstances.

  • Initial evaluation (60 minutes) - $400.

    Established Patient Follow Up (50 minutes) - $300.

    Established Patient Follow up (30 minutes) - $200.

  • No. I do not accept commercial insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. Payment is required at the time of your appointment, and I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. If you're able to reschedule within the same week and there is availability, the fee may be waived.
